US CONGRESSMAN HAL ROGERS TO ATTEND TWO LOCAL EVENTS

Additional information has been released about this coming Monday’s visit to McCreary County by US Congressman Hal Rogers. His office says that Rogers will be attending two events locally this Monday August 18th starting with a role as keynote speaker at the ground breaking ceremony for a new McCreary County sewer extension project. That ceremony will be held at 11:00am at the Heritage Hall community center in downtown Stearns with others participating including the McCreary County Water District, local officials, Eastern Kentucky PRIDE and the US Army Corps of Engineers. The public is invited to attend the ceremony at 11:00am but is asked to RSVP with their intention to firstname.lastname@example.org. The second event to be attended by Congressman Rogers Monday will be at 1:30pm as the Pine Knot Job Corps Center celebrates its 50th anniversary. That ceremony will be at the Job Corps Center in Pine Knot and will also include comments by US Forest Service National Office Director Tina Terrell.
